Q: Do you guarantee your products and services?
A: Yes, we are happy to replace merchandise if it is defective in any way. If you have any questions about what you are ordering, please feel free to ask by phone or email before you place your order.

Q: What if I don’t want to use my credit card over the Internet?
A: That’s fine! Simply give us a call and we will take your order. You can then give us your payment information over the phone or write us a check, and as soon as we receive payment, we will ship your order.

Q: When does Wilfred see clients?

A:  He sees clients 5 days a week, Tuesday – Saturday.  Monday – Friday the first appointment  is at 10:00 am and the last is at 6:00 pm.  On Saturday, the first appointment is at 10:00 am and the last is at 2:00 pm.  We recommend you book an appointment one to two weeks in advance.

Q:  What if I want to see the Melissa?
A: Melissa does see private clients throughout the week and would be more than happy to meet you.  However, she is traveling often teaching and only sees Alabama Hypnotherapy clients via Skype.  If you’d like to have a Skype consultation with her, please call (720) 445-0271.

Q: How can I be sure that hypnotherapy is right for me?
A: The best way is to just give it a try. If you are skeptical about the effectiveness of hypnotherapy, we would be happy to answer your questions and assuage your fears. It’s natural. We all get that way.
