With over 30 years experience in hypnotherapy, massage therapy and the shamanic healing arts; including spiritual counseling, Wilfred has developed a variety of unique skills for resolving pain, anxiety, sports performance, stress reduction and other physical and mental complaints.
As a teacher he has been a guest instructor and led intensive workshops at The University of Ohio, Vanderbilt University, Ithaca College and several schools in the State of New York University system. All of his work specializes in the synergistic exploration of personal growth using individual and group sessions and training classes for the healing arts practitioner.

Cynthia Aycock
Cynthia has been practicing and teaching alternative energy healing for over seventeen years. She has also trained and practiced as a hypnotherapist.
Her natural ability to sense subtle energy fields led her to develop her skills. As an experienced Reiki Master Teacher, she has taught classes to several hundred students from all walks of life and held the position of Healing Arts Director at Unity of Birmingham from 2001-2006. Cynthia has worked at the right hand of internationally-known healer and author Dr. Eric Pearl. She is a certified practitioner in all levels of Reconnective Healing and The Reconnection. Her most recent training includes Pranic Healing, respected and embraced by many physicians and health care providers across the United States.
Through these practices, her natural intuitive faculties have been fine-tuned. As a result, Cynthia can quickly access the Akashic field and give a clear interpretation of the information recorded there.

Our Founder
Melissa J. Roth CHt., PhD, is CEO and founder of Alabama Hypnotherapy Center and Hypnosis Associates. She is a certified clinical hypnotherapist and doctor of hypnotherapy. She is a certified member of the American Council of Hypnotist Examiners and by the American Board of Hypnotherapy. She is currently also a member of the International Medical and Dental Hypnotherapy Association, the International Association of Counselors and Therapists, and the National League of Medical Hypnotherapists.
After healing her own irritable bowel syndrome and fibromyalgia through hypnosis, Melissa J. Roth CHt., PhD, founded Alabama Hypnotherapy Center (located in Birmingham, AL) in 1995 and has since specialized in medical applications of hypnotherapy. She has developed a number of unique approaches to chronic illnesses which have become the alternative treatments of choice worldwide. She partners with physicians of every specialty to promote hypnosis as an important and valuable weapon in the medical arsenal. She has a conversational teaching style that is sometimes heretical, sometimes funny, but always accurate and informative. She teaches from experience.
